Hi!I`m Jack and I attended National
K-9 School for Dog Trainers in Columbus ohio, where I graduated as Master
Trainer. With continued education in graduate workshops at National K-9 and
behavior studies with behaviorists such as Ian Dunbar in California, and
the renowned John Rogerson at the Northern Center for Animal Behavior in
Yorkshire England.
What I teach you is how to use
training as a tool in behavior modifcation in all areas of behavior, from house
breaking, to such things as aggressive greetings to strangers ,food guarding or
separation issues. My wife Cindy and I have owned and operated Peace of mind
Canine for over a decade. Together we train all breeds in obediance and
continue to study the newest advancements in modifying behavior. We offer programs
in your home or ours, group and private, we believe in long term relationships
with our clients, we will be part of your dogs life!
Learn how to be your dogs reward.
Train with the "affection connection " so that your dog is
happy about listening to you. Learn how to use eye contact in a positive way so
your dog will listen to you at a distance for safety. Most of all make your pet
a well mannered member of the family.
Training is about communication not confrontation.
Teach a vocabulary so you can reward the behavior you want, dogs learn from
reward and your dogs ultimate reward should be you !!
